The Association’s Strategic Plan

The association worked on developing a new strategic plan led by an external consultant, which included amending the vision and mission and defining the association’s objectives and the methods to achieve them for the next five years; to know the basic needs of the community and the mechanisms of intervention by the association. The plan also aimed to organize activities and resources, evaluate performance, and meet the challenges and opportunities of the association, to enhance the role of the association as an effective and influential leader in community service and the development of community participation.

The data needed for the plan, the analysis of the context and the development of the results, the interventions required, the resources required, and the consequent modification and final formulation of the plan were collected and approved within the Assembly for launch and presentation through a conference involving associations cooperating in similar programs in Saida.
